| Sherm's Kit includes the 2 Risers, 1 top cover/clamp, 2 standard to metric studs,
4 allen bolts, and 4 little chrome caps for the allen bolts |

 |
| The Stock Risers on my bike tended to make me lean forward to grip the handle bars. Being 5'5" tall, this tended to make my shoulders tired after riding for an hour or so. |

| After prying off the plastic chrome covers, the stock allen bolts can be removed with a 5/16" allen wrench.
You will also need a "Deep" 17 MM socket to remove the nuts from the stock studs beneath the triple tree plate. It's a lot easier to break the 17 MM nuts loose if you
do it while the handle bar is still in the stock risers. Keep up with these two nuts as you will need them to install on the metric to standard studs later. |

| All in all it's a pretty simple and quick modification. Took me about an hour and a half, and I was going slow
since this was the first set of risers I had ever installed. I did have to take the clutch hose out of it's holder just forward of the gas tank to get a bit of slack in it. The
break hose is a bit tight where it crosses under the triple tree plate, but it did all reach. The new risers do not hit on anything and seem to give me a more relaxed
riding position. |
